    If the hay purchased does not match the quality advertised, or if the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer may return the hay for a refund. Hay must be returned in the same condition as it was when originally picked up, excluding any hay that has already been fed.

    Upon return of the eligible hay, HayWerks will refund the customer’s purchase price for the returned product.

    HayWerks does not accept liability for hay that has already been fed to livestock, nor for hay that is damaged after purchase or after customer pickup. Returned hay must not be damaged, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, or otherwise changed from its original pickup condition.

    By purchasing hay from HayWerks, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these refund and liability terms.
